Thermosiphonic Systems

The model Mark 3, closed circuit complete thermosiphonic system, is available in various sizes and supports (inclined and flat roof). The tank features a big round flange for easy service and its cover is aluminum granulated with high quality plastic cover. The collector is a Sandwich type. The absorber is made of 2 sheets of thick steel (8 mm) with integrated canals, painted in special solar black colour. The range of Mark 3 model extends from the model 125/1.5 with a tank of 125 liters and one collector of 1.5 sq.m. and ends up to 300 liters combined with 4,4 or 5,1 sq.m. of collectors.

All Mark 3 models are available as well in triple energy version (Trien models with an extra heat exchanger).

The range of Giga NS model extends up to 300 liters combined with 4,4 or 5,1 m2 of collectors.

All Giga NS models are available as well in triple energy version (Trien models with an extra heat exchanger).

The model Giga NS Selective, closed circuit complete thermosiphonic system, is available in various sizes and supports (inclined and flat roof). The tank features a big round flange for easy service and its cover is white with high quality plastic cover. The collector is high Selective which is a flat plate single copper sheet absorber, with laser welded copper tubes. The range of Giga NS Selective model extends up to 200 liters combined with 4,4 m2 of collectors.

All Giga NS Selective models are available as well in triple energy version (Trien models with an extra heat exchanger).

The Calpak Vacuum 160/14 VTN and 200/16 VTN are our latest innovations. They are closed circuit thermosiphonic systems with a vacuum tube collector. The vacuum tubes are equipped in the interior with U shaped copper tubes and aluminum fins that maximize the absorbance of heat.

Collectors Range

Vacuum VTN

 Collector with vacuum tubes internally equipped with U-type copper tubes and double fins for higher performance. The CPC reflector, made of highly reflecting aluminum, ensures high efficiency even under the most adverse solar conditions. The header is insulated with fibre glass and polyurethane and finished with black anodized aluminum. Standard size 12 VTN (other sizes from 6 to 16 tubes are available on request).

Vacuum VT

 Collector with vacuum tubes (internally equipped with U-type finned copper tubes) and a flat reflector made of granulated aluminum. The header is insulated with fibre glass and polyurethane in order to withstand high temperatures. These collectors are offered with 12 or 20 tubes.

Giga Selective

Collector with vertical configuration with high selective absorber of one copper fin laser welded on the copper tubes. The frame is made of anodized aluminum with tempered glass, insulated with 3 cm thick polyurethane lined inside with aluminum foil and outside with aluminum sheet.
